Henna Choi is a fierce litigator whose practice focuses on labor and employment law. Since December 2015, Ms. Choi has been litigating various workplace disputes, including complex wage and hour class/representative actions and single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.
Ms. Choi is a brilliant strategist who is passionate about the ever-changing landscape of labor and employment law. She is proud to have recovered several millions of dollars on behalf of her former clients and has successfully litigated against numerous Fortune 500 companies.
“Tenacious, fearless, hard-working, and knowledgeable” are some of the words Ms. Choi’s colleagues use to describe her. Prior to joining Joseph Farzam Law Firm in March 2021, Ms. Choi owned a private practice in Los Angeles, California, for four years, where she litigated labor and employment cases.
Before hanging out her shingle, Ms. Choi was an associate attorney at a boutique class action firm where she litigated consumer and employment class actions. During law school, Ms. Choi worked as a volunteer wage claim counselor for two years with the Legal Aid Society where she represented numerous low-wage workers to help them recover unpaid and underpaid wages.
Ms. Choi also served as a teaching assistant for her law school’s Legal Writing and Research and Moot Court programs for two years, while also competing and winning several Moot Court competitions and serving as a staff editor and the Editor-in-Chief for the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal.
