Court Preliminarily Approves Wage Class Action Settlement Against Holland America Line
The U.S. District Court for the Central District of California has preliminarily approved a $7 Million class action settlement involving Indonesian seafarers serving on Holland America Line vessels. Holland America denied the material allegations of the complaint, and the proposed settlement reflects a compromise resolution of a disputed claim.
